uncle nelson came yesterday~! haha.. this time round, we did have warm-up and cool-down.. cool.. it has been a long time since wani came for training.. she is so rusty that she couldn't do her rolling break-fall properly.. it is somehow embarrassing to her as uncle nelson ask her to work on her rolling break-fall when she is wearing a yellow belt.. trust me, i am not trying to embarrass her but i guess that she is really really very rusty.. well, she could get better if she come for training regularly..
then today.. i am pissed off at this person.. oh god.. why does she piss me off? the reason is because she doesn't know the attire of pt~! WOW~!@!?@! is she an elementary student? GOD DAMN HER~! try wearing jeans and come for PT.. i can ensure you that your fucking jeans will tear!! how dumb can you get? and how do i know what's in for the program? i am not the one conducting the pt.. ask the trainer and not me because i ain't the trainer! i seriously don't want to talk to you anymore! argh!! piss me off with her retard question...
